Eight victims of Jeffrey Epstein are calling for the impeachment of Donald Trump and an investigation into Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel regarding the government’s handling of the Epstein files’ release.
Since the release of the Epstein files on December 19, the convicted sex offender’s victims have denounced the numerous omissions in the release.
One of the victims, Hayley Robson, spoke publicly in an exclusive interview with Sabah Chaudhry of Channel 5 News.
Robson called Trump’s actions “illegal” after the December 19 deadline passed, demanding the full release of the documents.
“It is essential that we press for the impeachment of President Trump after more than 20 years of attempts to reach an out-of-court settlement with our abuser and those who helped cover up the case,” Robson said.
Robson stated that he had supported Trump and the Republican Party before withdrawing his support, saying: “I am withdrawing all support from Donald Trump, the Attorney General, and the FBI Director, who are complicit in violating the law enacted by this administration, which mandates the release of all Epstein files. I call for the removal of the 47th President.”
During the 2024 presidential campaign, Trump promised to release these files. However, he reneged on his promise, claiming that the documents were a distraction from his party’s successes. In December, Trump declared: “The whole Epstein thing is just a smokescreen to cover up the tremendous success of the Republican Party.”
Robson added: “Trump campaigned on a promise of transparency, including regarding the Epstein files. I believed him. But he lied to us.”
I watched Pam Bondi and Patel’s congressional hearing on television… They both lied and claimed there was no credible evidence. That’s a complete fabrication. All the victims, including our lawyers, provided compelling and substantial evidence.
Furthermore, Pam Bondi claimed to have it on her desk, which is another lie. Neither of them can be trusted.

Robson added, “Accountability means holding the FBI director and the attorney general accountable for contempt of court and opening an investigation into them.”
She emphasized, “The destruction of humanity through sexual violence has no place in our society. Our mothers, our sisters, and our children are not immune to violence. They are our future, and without them, we have no future.”
Another survivor, who wished to remain anonymous, told Channel 5 News, “It’s truly heartbreaking to see Kash Patel and Pam Bundy failing in their duties at the Department of Justice. As public servants, they are supposed to protect and serve the people, but their failings—such as falsifying documents and mishandling sensitive information—have let us all down.”
It is important to remember that the survivors are the true heroes of this fight for justice. We, the survivors, deserve transparency and honesty, not disinformation. It is truly regrettable that these officials have failed us, and it is clear that to regain our trust, they must resign. The American people deserve leaders who prioritize justice and transparency. This statement follows questions raised about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and the ties between Trump and Epstein.
An email appearing to be from the former prince to Ghislaine Maxwell asked if she’d found him new “inappropriate friends”.
Flight records also show President Trump was a frequent flyer on Epstein’s private plane. Both men strongly deny any wrongdoing.
The White House, the Attorney General, and the FBI have all been approached for comment.
